Were you thinking seed or turf? We put some turf down 3 weeks ago, not the whole lawn, just about 12 rolls. Have kept it well watered & it looks great. I'm not an expert but I'm sure if you put turf down now it would be fine as long as you give it plenty of water.

Hmmm you might just be in time, I'm not sure. If you are in time you will still have to be quick. Our new lawn went down about 8 weeks ago, something like that.

I think it's probably too late IP. Should go down early April at the latest, and that's assuming seasonal average temperatures, which we haven't been getting. Take a chance and lay the seed because it won't do any harm (except to your purse), but if it doesn't take you'll have to wait until October.
