How do I get into this squash?!?!?

Grown at the allotment this year, but can’t cut into it!!!
Any tips??
Was about to make soup ...

Zap it in the microwave for a minute like you would a butternut squash?

Roast it whole then chop it up.

Thank you! I’m in, blimey that was hard work. Think I’ll roast it next time. Butternut squash much easier!
