Lemonade.

trim another inch off the ends of the stems, change the water and add a teaspoon of sugar to it

MamaG · 12/04/2007 09:55

I THINK you cut them again, bash stems then put in fresh water with sugar

I think

maybe

it may work

Sorry, cut the ends of them first and try to crush them a little then put them in a vase with half water half lemonade.Doesn't always work but worth a try?

A friend of mine swears by vodka - for the flowers that is . When you trim them do it on a diagonal.

cut another inch off then plunge into boiling water.

Or tie them up, hang them heads down somewhere warm and dry them. Out of season roses often don't stay fresh for long but the almost always dry beautifully.

ok now i'm confused which one??????
