Where can I find a solar powered lamp

I wonder if any of you knows where I can find this lamp I've seen in the next village. It's a huge standard lamp for the garden and it all glows, not just the lampshade bit. It's so quirky and I really need one 😀.
Google has no idea what I'm talking about and I can't find anything similar on Pintrest or Amazon.

Does any one have any ideas??

It is really cool. The answer might be to knock on their door. How weird would that be!! "Hey I was just passing and I was wondering where you bought that lamp ?"

Is it definitely solar powered? I only ask because we have a few plugs outside so our garden lights aren't solar powered!
