I'm thinking of replacing my lawn with microclover- have read that it doesn't need mowing and stays green in summer. Current lawn is a mess due to us not mowing it nearly often enough.
However I saw (on just one website) that miroclover goes brown in winter. Apparently that is specific to microclover - normal clover doesn't.
I think this probably depends on where you are/ how cold it is, and I think the website I saw was from the US.
So my question is: has anyone got a microclover lawn and does it go brown in winter? I'm in the southern UK in a town that doesn't get very cold in winter (but it rains a lot).
