Greenhouse base

I'm 50 next year and treating myself to a greenhouse but I'm unsure what type of base to get. My Dad has a concrete base and the inside has earth either side and a concrete path down the middle but my cousin, a lanscaper said to have railway sleepers as a base. I'm looking at a 8 x 10 maximum greenhouse and money and space is not a problem. Could anyone advise me please.

We put ours on half concrete ( already there from something in the past) then DH layer paving slabs the make up the difference for the 8ft 6 x 8ft 6 green house. There's a slab width all around the outside.

Just reread the auto correct! It was 'laid' and ' they made up the difference'.
I quess you worked that out.

We have a concrete strip foundation with single line of bricks for the base, paved path down the middle (and around the outside, gravel either side inside . We bought our greenhouse from Gabriel ash and they send a specification for the base which was really helpful.
