Can anyone identify this climber please?

My mum bought this plant and said she thought it was a clematis. It doesn't look like it to me, can anyone shed any light on this please?

Could it be a Tropaeolum, it has red flowers in late summer.

It's Tropaeolum tuberosum, it has bicoloured orange and yellow flowers.

The red one (T speciosum), Scottish Flameflower, has different leaves
