Cat-repelling climbing plant

Does anyone know of a climbing plant that cats don't like? It's to keep my cats in our garden and away from the road. I have put in a sonic repellent too, which worked well initially but not so much now. All the plants I can find that cats don't like aren't climbing ones. I'm looking for something to grow over a wall.

A cotoneaster or Berberis would grow up and over a wall and can be pruned to shape.

Something spiky should do the trick so, as a PP said, a cotoneaster or berberis would be perfect
