Rhubarb!

I've just cut my first rhubarb - anyone got any brilliant recipes?

I also harvested leeks and purple sprouting broccoli. I feel SO satisfied!

How about a Rhubarb crumble. They are very yummy.

I can't see past rhubarb fool

stew the fruit and stir in whipped cream and custard (tinned is fine)

stew lots of rhubarb in batches if you have freezer space and you can rustle this up in seconds!

(and note to self to stop telling people how simple all my recipes are!)
