Looks like Crocosmia to me.

Oops missed the last two - the red/orange ones are Crocosmia. The others look like teasels. Possibly - squinting at screen so could be wrong!

Yes definitely sea holly. Have some in my garden. It likes bright sun and well draining soil.

Crocismia looks red probably "lucifer" second Eringium, love them bought one at the weekend at Hampton Court Flower Show.

The purple one is either Echinops or Eryngiums - can't see enough detail.
