We're new to this house and have an empty garden mostly. Our very kind neighbours have donated clippings and seeds and I know how to look after most of them. A neighbour who is a keen gardener gave it to dh with instructions to water every day. However, he didn't ask what it is and the neighbour has gone away for 3 weeks. It's really struggling.

It has got some new wispy green shoots but they're fragile.

What is it and what does it need?

My lovely colleague had a look earlier (she's a very keen gardener) and she identified it immediately as a passion flower. Apparently, I've over watered it but there's hope.

What a lovely plant to be given. Warmer weather is on the way.
