Too much lettuce!

I'm really no gardener. I prefer to clean the house than garden and I really don't like cleaning But I wonder if the worm is turning! We have 3 veg boxes; one for each DC and one for me in theory! They are actually looking quite good. I'm managing to keep on top of the watering and weeding.

We have:
Leeks
Broccoli
Radish
Carrots (maybe)
Poppies
Pumpkin
Beetroot
Sunflower
Sweet peas
French beans
Courgette
Chilli
And lettuce. Lots and lots of lettuce. More
Lettuce than a human can eat and I'm already sharing them with the chickens!

Any ideas on what to do with lettuce other than salad?!

I'm quite enjoying the veg box. Maybe better than cleaning

It might not quite be what you are looking for, but how about donating to your local food bank? Fresh vegetable are always harder to manage for low income families.
