Weed or no weed?!

Please could someone identify this plant for me? And ideally tell me if it is something I want in my garden. My opinion can't be trusted after the great willowherb disaster of 2016.

Lysimachia ciliata "Firecracker" I think - www.rhs.org.uk/Plants/60229/Lysimachia-ciliata-Firecracker/Details I have it, it can grow into quite large clumps growing to about 2 foot tall.

Yes, indeed, that was my justification for the willowherb. Until the wispy seeds started appearing!!!

Lysimachia is lovely but it does spread if left unchecked. I got my clump from a lady who was trying to wrest control of her garden back from the Lysimachia.
