I was given a couple of plugs and can't remember what they are if anyone could help please? The last guy just appeared and I'm unsure if he's a weed. Thanks

The 2nd one is a delphinium
I'm not sure about the first, it looks like Basil!

MrsJackRackam · 04/06/2017 09:15

It might be a cornflower of some sort. But it's not a weed so just leave it and see what happens.

Looks like an old fashioned marigold. They were very popular before the French frilly type were all the rage.

Dodie66 · 04/06/2017 10:25

Calendula or marigold for the first one. Delphinium for the second one and the third one looks like a hardy geranium. I would leave them and see what the flowers are

JeNeSuisPasVotreMiel · 04/06/2017 10:32

The first one is not basil.
Looks like marigold/calendula.

MrsJackRackam · 04/06/2017 10:34

Oh old fashioned marigold would fit, it was an old man in the pub who gave me them and he's very much a 'traditional gardener'. Thanks ladies, I'll watch and wait to see what appears.

Agree with delphinium the other could be Stocks ???

SylvesterTheCat · 04/06/2017 17:18

No3 looks a bit like my potato plants coming through but it's hard to tell - closer picture?

Trethew · 04/06/2017 19:31

my bet goes to ...
1 marigold
2 delphinium
3 geranium
