Odd looking anthurium (with pics)

One my anthurium's flowers looks like it may be diseased. The other flowers look fine.

Should I cut off that stem?

No, it's meant to look like that. It's sometimes called an artists palette. Can't remember the name.

Just realised - it's the second picture that's the odd one. The first picture is what the rest look like.
