Does anyone know what this tree is?

This tree is at our local Tesco carpark but I have seen others like it in parks and landscaped areas before, never in forests or growing wild. Does anybody know what species it is? It's a Rosaceae of some sort but that is as far as I get. The leaves are grayish- pale green when young. Thanks.

Wow, that was fast Smile
I think it must be a cultivar, because it doesn't make red-orange berries, they stay pale yellow-green, or maybe the birds eat them all before they can turn red.

Ah yeah, I'm no expert, but I definitely think something of that ilk. Sorbus anyway.

I agree that it is very likely a sorbus, but maybe a variety specially bread for gardens rather than the wildtype.
