Does anyone have a recommendation for a lawn mower. Our lawn is small.
Thank you

I have a Bosch Rotak which seems to do the job, and which I must have had for 10 years now. Only had to have it fixed once when it blew a fuse inside. Dirt cheap repair. Bit lightweight for our new much bigger garden but it is still coping.

Flat or sloped?

How much storage space do you have?

Easy access to power point?

Bothered about stupid stripes?

Somewhere to dispose of clippings?

Flat, small garden, easy access to power, ample storage, no issue with getting rid of clippings. I would LOVE to put stripes on the lawn which I think means I need a roller with a mower. I'd be happy with a push mower.

yes, you'd need a roller for stripes and to be prepared to do extra maintenance so the grass is good enough to look green and good when stripy!

Am currently jealous of your small flat lawn when I have a big, slopey one that involves ducking under fruit trees and endless moss raking etc....

I just got a Qualcast. Cant remember the model no. But it was 64 quid at homebase. Electric, has six blade heights and does stripes. Gives a lovely cut, much better than my old flymo.
