are they going white- If so, probably frost damage - have they been hardened off?

It's more of a yellowish brown book.

could be wind burn maybe?

They got too cold. Not hardened off properly before planting. They'll grow through it as the weather warms up

Agree, not hardened off and then it was cold overnights last week
