Flower bed for all year colour

We have created some raised beds in our garden. We are using two for growing fruits and vegetables. The other one I'd love to plant with a mix of flowers and shrubs to have colour all year round in the garden. Does anyone have any ideas? I currently have a potted red rose and pink peony, three pots of primroses and violas. There is also a climbing pale purple clematis and a passionflower (which is looking worse for wear at the moment), with iris and daffodils underneath.

Winter jasmine, it might do better than the Passion flower and provide flowers in the winter months.

At this time of year you could still plant dahlia bulbs that provide long lasting summer flowers, also could try chrysanthemum for autumn colour
