Star Jasmine with brown spots

Hello,

My lovely Star Jasmine has brown spots, mostly on new growth, is this a fungal disease? I know the leaves can turn red (and have done previously) but this looks different, a couple of leaves are red tinged and have these spots too. I inherited it when we moved so guess it is about 3 years old. It's in a large pot in the sunniest part of the garden, and gets sun for most of the day. I keep it well watered so it doesn't dry out.

Do I cut back the affected branches? Or take off the affected leaves and leave the branches? Spray them? Feed them? I'm assuming new growth is affected more heavily as it's weakest, but worried it might not recover if I cut all new shoots off.

Any advice would be much appreciated, I have been looking forward to this year's flowers!

I have the same problem, we have three and one in particular isn't looking great. I feed them and am confused to be honest. Sorry to have no advice.

Thanks for the reply! Hopefully someone can steer us in the right direction soon. The flowers smelt so gorgeous last year and lasted ages, I'd really like to know how to get the plant nice and healthy again for a repeat performance this summer. I'm tempted to pluck off all the affected leaves... but then it will be tiny!

Marking place as mine looks like this this year. It was also suddenly cobered in black sooty mold which I jetwashed off. I'm tempted to use roseclear on it but I'm not sure
