Can i plant flower seeds straight into the ground now or so they have to go in pots and stay under cover?

This time of year most can go straight in. You could stagger the sowings over the next couple of weeks. I sow annuals mid may when bulbs have finished. What seeds are you planting

Not sure yet I'm just looking through suttons catalogues. My garden is relatively young (4yrs) old and I've tended to focus on shrubs but all this spring blossom had me yearning for florals... that's Said I love cosmos and the kids love to grow sunflowers. Any advice or ideas welcome
