Gardening blog/diary

I've read that keeping a garden journal is a good idea.
I'm thinking I'd like to do something similar but perhaps online, so I could add photos, text, ideas and record changes and developments.

Not necessarily sharing online, but thought it would make it easier to look back on etc.

Anyone done something similar?
Was it useful or did it become a chore.
Any suggestions for Apps, sites or blogs?

TIA

Hi I do this & it's actually quite fun, & not a chore. I often start with a list of what I plan to do that day so it's a to do list, and then at the end of the day I just top & tail. I keep mine on my iPad in Pages, and often dictate not type. I add photos too. It is interesting reading back & good to know what varieties I've planted.

Oh a reply! Thank you Searabbit Smile

I do keep a garden to do list, to slowly tick off, but read about it being useful for recording what was done when, which plants succeed, where perennials were planted etc.

A hand written journal would end up a mess, so was looking for some kind of diary app that I could add photos to and easily look back over.
