Trying to find dwarf lavender plants

Hopefully experienced posters can help a novice. I am looking to buy a particular type of dwarf lavender plant for a low lavender hedge. Does anyone know where I can source Thumbelina Leigh dwarf lavender plants either in the (North) London area or an online supplier that doesn't charge astronomical delivery rates? I have found an online suppler who wants upwards of £9 delivery...although if this is the norm , I'll have to eat the cost but wanted to try posting for advice first. TIA

Hiya

We've had loads of Lavender plants from the people who do Secret Gardening Club. They do a nice dwarf one for low hedges: www.lavenderworld.co.uk/collections/lavender-plants/products/angustifolia-little-lady

Delivery from this nursery is £8 for up to 10 plants, but I got lovely plants, they have a huge choice, and they replaced one that died without a quibble:
