However much you imagine, and multiply by three. (I nearly keeled over when we got our patio costs). However, ours is going to be large, and crucially slightly raised, and access is all through the house. So, huge quantities of hardcore need to be schlepped through. It's costing about £4k.

Yes ours cost about £4K five years ago but again is slightly raised and and an odd shape.
