I'm worried it's poisonous! It's just started growing in my orchard, and this is our ninth summer here!

Please can you help me identify this plant?

It's about 6 - 8 inches high, and is growing next to my hazelnuts.

It looks a bit like an arum. Reminds me of lords and ladies but its not that.

I can't see any leave but it looks a bit like Lords and Ladies to me (arum)

It's lords and ladies, it is slightly toxic, but not to bad. I thought dd1 had eaten a berry from it in autumn when she was 2, clanked NHS and they said it was fine. She matter told me she hadn't eaten a berry, but said yes because she liked saying yes when I asked her things.

she liked saying yes when I asked her things.

They change so much!

Bastarding Lords and Arsehole Ladies. They are popping up all over my garden. They take some digging to get them out.

I call it Cuckoo pint

Really difficult to get rid of but probably fine in an orchard.
