Garden Rescue & Charlie Dimmock

Has anyone watched the first few episodes of this? I've not come across it before (this is series 2) but am finding it a bit hard to watch because of the dynamic between Charlie Dimmock and the 2 garden design brothers.

Basically the programme consists of pitting her against them, in a competition to design a garden for someone. Both times the two guys have won (tbh I'd have picked their designs too) and Charlie then gets bossed around and relegated to doing things in the corner of the garden.

It's just a bit odd & embarrassing to watch and seems to be taking the piss out of her a bit. Hopefully someone will pick one of her designs at some point!

Has anyone else seen it? What did you think? I'm not a huge fan of hers but it is really bugging me!

Is this a repeat? It was on a couple of years ago. I didn't think much of it then.

It is horrendous, speaking as an ex head gardener. Her designs made me cringe. Sorry Charlie. She needs to update her skills.

I saw one, at the weekend and her plan was pretty awful. A fucking pond by the back door? I know it was a young couple, but they'd still need to sell the house, potentially to a young family, at some point!

First time I'd seen CD on TV for a while, btw. Glad she's embraced the boulder holder, now!
