Beginner tomato growing advice needed, please

Hi

I have been given some tomato seeds and was hoping to start growing my own.

I need to grow them in containers but I worried that my garden doesn't get enough sun. At the moment, it only gets sunny from 9am to about 3pm. Is this enough sun?

All your fantastic advice would be really appreciated. My kids eat tomatoes like they going out of fashion and I'm sick of buying expensive, rubbish tomatoes from the supermarkets.

We have about the same amount of sun here and the toms do fine. I use growbags.

That should be Ok, I use grow bags and containers for mine, just remember they need loads of water once it gets warm.
