Long story short we are trying to sell our home as it's far too small. One of the smallest areas is the garden.
It is overlooked, gets barely no sun and nothing grows!

We have two big dogs leaping around outside on the grass constantly and as a result the grass has died everywhere and it has turned into a big mud pit.

Is there a quick cheap fix to this as I'm scared it will put buyers off?
Would grass seed work this late in the year?
Could I lay turf or would it just die?
Is there a way to hide it Blush

Thanks!!

Grass generally doesn't start growing for another couple of months, so I'd be skeptical about seed working. You could turf, however, provided your site isn't too wet. You will need to do the proper prep for this, with sand and everything (take a look at Youtube videos for the method) otherwise waterlogging is a bit of a risk.

I'd turf too. Seed tars ages to look good. And keep the dogs away!

turf - but you'll have to keep the dogs off it
