Leaf Blower/Vacuum

I have a large shillie flower bed that is constantly covered in leaves from next doors tree.
Maybe a daft question but if I bought a leaf vacuum would it suck up the stones and shillies also ?

Ours only sucked up the leaves. Best done when they are dry.

They can suck up things that are small and light, but stones tend to be a bit big!

However, unless you are clearing parkland of leaves, it can be quicker and considerably cheaper just to get a rake and buy some of those giant hand extender things (£2 in Morrisons) and scoop the leaves into a bag yourself!
