Aphids. Waaaah.

I have a load of lupins grown from seed this year, some for me, and excess for a plant stall next month, but they have been attacked by what I assume are aphids, looking much like greenfly but more grey.

I have squidged the current offenders but I know they will just multiply. Aphid destruction advice please?!

You've got Lupin aphids, if you're not worried about using chemicals, just get a bug spray and nuke 'em. Or, a hand sprayer with water and WUL should work too: www.gardenersworld.com/forum/problem-solving/lupins-laid-low-with-infestions/3277.html

I find the ecover + water in a spray bottle trick works marvels.
