What herb is this?

Went to a restaurant recently who gifted us some seeds as we left.

I grew them but lost the packet. I can only remember the name began with a 'P'.

Any suggestions?

Possibly purple amaranth or Shiso?

Just googled Shiso - also called Perilla!
