Fast growing evergreen tree needed!

For a spot that has sun for a large part of the day (when it appears!). I definitely want an evergreen and one that will grow to about 15/20 ft high in a sort of umbrella shape.

I dont want much.

Any suggestions please?

an evergreen clematis?
neighbours have one and it's incredibly fast growing.
stunning scented flowers in feb/march
