tiny fuchsia cuttings already producing flower buds

I took cuttings from my fuchsia 3 weeks ago and they appear to have rooted. In fact, some of them already seem to be developing what look like tiny little flower buds. Should I pinch these off so the plants can put more effort into the root structure? Or should I leave them until it is time to do the normal pinching out? (I'm not convinced they're ready for that yet.)

Yes, pinch out the buds gently, cuttings don't want to expend energy flowering while getting established.
