Help me identity this shrub/tree

Could anyone help me shed light on what this tree thing is growing on the edge of our driveway? (Hopefully pics attached).

It looks like a Holm Oak seedling. Unless you want a gigantic oak tree, remove it quickly ensuring you get the root out too!

Thanks strongandcalm. Oh dear, i like oak trees but its right on the boundary with our neighbou so probably not great.
My other neighbour who is a keen gardener said it could be a 'wild plum'. But either way im better off taking it out by the sounds of it.
