Pear tree has spots

My new pear tree has developed yellow spots on its leaves. Can anyone tell me what it is and is there anything I can do about it? Will it affect potential fruit?

Any help appreciated.

I rather think it may be pear rust :(
If it is, it is best to cut off any affected leaves and dispose of them. Do not compost them.
