Apple tree growing to one side..

I've got absolutely no gardening skills so I'm a bit lost here... I've planted a lovely little apple tree in my garden earlier this year, it was about 1m long at the time and it's a small variety that won't get much taller then 2.5m
It was straight when I planted it but now it's more and more going to one side, not even the sunny side either :/ It's growing really well and full of apples.
Should I put a big stick next to it to try and get it straight again or something like that? I worry that if I leave it to long it will be horizontal by autumn haha
Some advise would be great :)

is it the main stem that is leaning?

It sounds as though it does need a stake. Get a really strong tree support, something near the size of a broomstick in thickness, (a bamboo cane just won't work) and a stretchy rubber tie (or you can use cut up tights). Hammer it into the ground a few inches away from the tree, and make a figure of eight with the tie around the trunk.

Thank you! I think thats probably what it needs, I'll give it a go!
