Who's fence is it?!

Hey everyone!
A fence in my garden has fallen down onto my side, I don't know who owns it me or next door?! The post is on their side

Order the title plan for the property from the land registry. It costs £2.50 plus vat. Its the only way of knowing.

The post being on THEIR side would suggest to me it is their responsibility. But - yes, seeing the official documents is only sure way or knowing.

Even if it is 'their' fence, they have no obligation to replace it.
