horrible grass

Can anyone help my back garden is on a slope in 3 sections top section is my garden grass is awful it's like moss! 2nd section is my neighbours and she has lovely green grass and 3rd section is my other neighbour and it's a soaking wet mess mainly mud with patchy grass!

Because it's on a slope with a field behind we think water runs down
How can I make my grass green again and get rid of the mossy looking stuff?

First you have to take as much moss out as possible then aereate the grass by digging holes in every foot or so. Then fill these holes with a sandy soil or rich loom soil according to your ph balance . Then talk to your local garden centre for a grass seed for your lawn taking in to account the hillside and water , shade or sun.
