Treating Woolley Aphids on Box Hedging - Help ?

What is the best thing to treat woolley aphids on my box hedging. Some of the leaves are curling and lots of dandruffy white fluff flying about when I trimmed it. Would a normal bug killer with a dash of washing up liquid (to soak the leaves) do the trick ?

Try Ecover washing up liquid, diluted with water in a spray bottle. It is quite important to get on top of the things before they start to cause real issues. I've just noticed some on my apple tree, so I will be spraying too.
