theme for my pots..

My pots never look good, I usually stuff them full of what I fancy at the last minute. This year id like a more 'professional'/experienced look but there is so much choice out there isn't there? Are you good at pots? What looks good? All the same type of plant, the same colour?

If you have lots of pots that are exactly the same shape, size and colour, repeat planting of the same thing can look stunning.

If your pots are all different, though, it can be less effective. What about picking a colour scheme? A more long term solution might be to choose a favourite type of plant (e.g. auriculas, or a more general category like alpines, or even something liek hostas) and work with that to build up a collection?
