I have an empty raised planter approximately 1.2metre x 50cm.
I have Sun and shade in my garden but am brand new to gardening. I don't want summer bedding there.....Something perennial ? I have taken the aucuba out and put them into the ground.

What would you do with it? Do herbs die in the winter? I already have rosemary and parsley looking for a home.

You could send it to me as I've just gone rather crazy in the garden centre and over bought!! Grin

However, yes, the Rosamary will be fine in there all year round.. I have one in a large tub by the door, in full sunlight, and it loves it.

Oh what did you buy??
I have just found some information on the Thompson and Morgan site about perennial herbs and annual s etc I think I will save herbs for smaller areas/pots.

Which means I need some other ideas for planting in this lovely bed.
