Weed or not?

Found this little bush like plant in the garden when weeding. It's approx. 20-25cm tall, and the bigger leaves are about 4-5cm long. Can't seem to spot it on various weed identifying websites, though have a strong suspicion it's a weed.

Anyone recognise it?

It's a bit strange, having green leaves and the red ones. I don't know what it is. Keep an eye on it, and if it flowers that may help to identify it. If it does turn out to be a weed, try to prevent it shedding seeds.

Thanks Ferguson. I played it safe and removed it anyway. It was quite 'rooty', so I think it was a safer bet to remove it.
