What is this plant/fruit?

Moved to a new house beginning of May (so if it flowered, it was early and we missed it) hard green fruits that look like this.

DP thought maybe passion fruit?

Not passion fruit - the leaves are wrong.

Have you cut a fruit open? Does it contain seeds like apples, or a stone like plums or peaches?

Are you on the UK?

It's a guava tree. Yummy.
