Tomatoes in front, or courgettes?

Haven't done any gardening for years due to DS/work/plagues of slugs/nowhere to plant stuff Finally managed to make enough space in the yard for two growbags, one behind the other.

But can't remember how tall courgettes get - they're pretty sprawling. Can I get away with putting a courgette in the front, tomatoes in the back?

And is it really realistic to have two courgettes in a growbag? Or three tomatoes?

Courgettes in the front. Cordon tomatoes should grow tall enough behind them to be ok. I'd do two courgettes & three tomatoes as long as you feed well when they are productive it should be fine.

tomatos in back, they gow tall.
courgettes stay close to the ground and can get huge.
good luck!
