Chives, Basil and oregano!

I'm a complete beginner so please excuse my ignorance, I have these three herbs in very small pots so I can put them all in one together, or just larger pots separately?
Also can I just put them in multipurpose compost and do they need stones in the bottom of the pot?
Thank you all!

Yes of course you can! Have to say though, basil is v delicate and generally only survives indoors where I am, I've the others outside with other herbs no problem :)

My tip for herbs is to put them in the biggest pots possible. They get to make better root systems and therefore need less watering etc. chives and oregano will be fine outside but agree that basil is best indoors (can stick on a patio table on a sunny day for a boost). Multi purpose is fine. Basil likes some tomato feed every 6 weeks or so (but will survive okay without). I don't bother with stones but if keeping indoors, put a plate/tray underneath.
