Neglected veg patch! Which four things can I plant this weekend?

I have four large raised beds, currently full of weeds

Planning to weed thoroughly and plant some veg this weekend. Was thinking potatoes and onions...anything else I can plant now? I want to plant straight out. Thank you!

I have similar state 4 raised beds in garden, along with another 9 on allotment to sort! Loads can go in now though -
Broad beans
Peas
Carrots
Some cabbages
Turnips
Kohl rabi - known as alien plants in our house
Spinach
Some salad type leaves

Any of those takes your fancy?

Where are you? The further south you are the earlier you can sow things generally. Parsnips could also go in now.

Seeds for broad beans is fine, alth if you have a tendency for them Not to do anything when planted before, it may mean local nice like them, in which care you're better off planting in modules / guttering, and planting out once shoots appear
