Don't flame me - I know it's a horrible idea and I'd love to have a real lawn. But our garden is very small and with two run-around boys the grass will just get churned into mud and straight back in to my cream living room carpet... So, we've decided fake grass is the way to go but it's bloody expensive!! I got a quote from easigrass.com but it was £3,000 for a 50m2 area! I want something that looks as good as possible but that's outside the budget. Anyone have positive experience of something a bit cheaper?
(p.s. part of the garden is going to be paved but I want something softer and not as hot - it's a sun trap - for kids to -fall down- play on. Thanks
