Went down to the plot today. I have been digging nearly every day except yesterday because dd and I were both a bit under the weather. 1 of the two men who had a go at me last tuesday came up to me (I was with my Dad) and gave me a big hug and apologised for the other day. Saying he realised he'd upset me and he was going to save some seed potatoes fot me and they didn't want to lose me because they knew I was keen. It was just that they'd had to hire a big expensive machine to clear off 3 plots. (not mine, don't see how it was my fault but heigh-ho pick on the mum with 2 kids with her who happens to have PND). Anyway he said "Well done" for what I'd done on the plot and they hadn't meant to upset me and then gave me another hug. HMMMM!
