Pelargonium/nemesia - too cold ATM?

I have a little book which suggests ideas for window boxes etc and one of them is pelargoniuma and nemesia. Is it too cold to plant this box up now? FWIW it would be for a south facing box in a reasonably sheltered location. The book says to plant in spring....

TIA.

Haven't seen any pelargoniums or nemesia for sale yet! When they are available you could plant up the boxes and keep them in a sheltered place until the days warm up (greenhouse, porch?) - you need to wait until there's no risk of frost. Where are you ? Pelargoniums can survive all year in London if sheltered and the winter's mild.
