Well rotted manure

I have bought some manure but I'm not sure whether it's well rotted enough to use in my flower beds and vegetable patch as it still has bits in although it doesn't smell. Please can you let me know what you think?

Where did you buy it from, and do you know what its origin was, and what's in it?

You haven't replied to my queries, but judging by the picture it looks OK to me.
